Getting the message right for a post-merger Alcatel-Lucent

Merging two global companies is a massive undertaking. In 2006, Ascribe worked closely with Paris-based partner Editech to help the newly formed Alcatel-Lucent present its corporate strategy clearly and convincingly to a worldwide audience. The next year we built on that foundation, articulating the company’s progress and direction in greater detail and openly addressing the challenges of the year in telecommunications.
