Getting the message right for a post-merger Alcatel-Lucent

Merging two global companies is a massive undertaking. In 2006, Ascribe worked closely with Paris-based partner Editech to help the newly formed Alcatel-Lucent present its corporate strategy clearly and convincingly to a worldwide audience through its annual report. The next year we built on that foundation, articulating the company’s progress and direction in greater detail and openly addressing the challenges of the year in telecommunications.
