The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council helps agricultural businesses across the country meet their HR needs. Ascribe was invited to join a local production partner in developing a 20-minute video imparting the principles of on-the-job-training (OJT), a tried-and-true system that helps ensure horticultural workers have a clear, consistent understanding of how to carry out their required tasks. Taking a lighthearted approach with a lively onscreen host, the video was well received by the client and spawned an associated trailer to pique the interest of companies in the sector.
