NRCan Fuel-Efficient Trucking Guide

Changing gears: Helping NRCan shape new attitudes on fuel efficiency

Having previously written a summary on fuel-efficient driving for inclusion in truck-transport training manuals, Ascribe was invited to write a full-fledged guide of its own, laying out the reasons why adopting fuel-efficient driving practices and technologies is a good investment for transport drivers. The Ascribe team developed a content outline and wrote and edited material for inclusion in the guide, which was divided into sections on driving behaviours and innovations that improve the aerodynamics and reduce the fuel consumption of transports. The guide was developed to be bundled with Ontario’s official truck driver training manual.
