2013 was a year of dramatic and rapid transformation for Alcatel-Lucent. The company chose a dynamic, multimedia format to tell the story of its strategy — The Shift Plan — and accomplishments over the course of the year, and once again called on the Ascribe team to help. In a short timeframe, we scripted the content for a diverse blend of infographics, videos, testimonial interviews and articles organized according to the pillars of The Shift Plan.

Our team’s annual reporting work for Alcatel-Lucent goes back to the company’s formation in 2006: we wrote its inaugural and second-year reports, and were invited back again in 2010 (after a few years of France-based development) to contribute to its last printed annual report and help write its first-ever online AR. In every case, our team has handled the full range of content-related tasks, from interviewing executives and subject-matter experts to drafting and providing quality control for all copy.
