THE FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE ENTREPRENEURS NEED TO SUCCEED

In spring and summer 2016, Ascribe helped the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) build its online business dictionary for entrepreneurs. With more than 300 definitions to write — many involving interviews with BDC subject-matter experts — we took an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ approach, assigning multiple writers and reviewers for each wave of content. We also coordinated the French translation of the definitions. We delivered the huge volume of work on time and on target over a phased schedule, helping BDC explain common banking and accounting terms to entrepreneurs in accessible, understandable, everyday language.
